Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations not provided within at least 24 hours notice will result in your credit card being charged the full service amount. Please note that cancellation cannot be made via our voicemail system. You must call and speak directly with our employee during store ours: Monday through Sunday 10 AM-10 PM.
